Matthew 6.31,32
Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
When taken down to its simplest idea, all of humanity is looking for one thing: security. We want to feel secure in our next meal, in covering ourselves, in safety, in health, etc.We all want that peace that we will be okay. Thankfully we have a God who designed us and knows this. He knows what we need and is able to offer far more than any security we can bring for ourselves. We have to watch our minds and motives that we rely on who can really provide security in our lives; the true and living God.
